护理实践课程 – Application and Admissions Requirements

Applications are accepted from March 15 until June 1, 11:59 pm for the F所有 program start. Applications received prior to or after those dates will 不 be considered.

  • Orientation will consist of in-person events as well as time to process documentation needed for the program.
  • The 实际的护理 program is considered full-time. Students have on-campus lecture and labs as well as off-campus clinical experiences. Students should expect to study 20+ hours per week outside of these scheduled classroom times.

All students interested in applying to the 实际的护理 Diploma program will be required to take the ATI Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) and score at Proficient level (58.7%) or higher to determine eligibility for application.

  1. This test is offered at 皇冠hg2020手机app下载 in the Proctoring Center 2-3 times each month – please sign up early to ensure a spot before the application deadline.
  2. Students will only be 所有owed to take the test twice per year and the best score will be used for ranking purposes. 该分数有效期为两年.

Once a testing appointment has been made, students may pay the testing fee at the Cashier’s Office.   2. TEAS composite score divided by a factor of 10 (Ex: Composite score of 72% = 7.2). 考试成绩有效期为两年.

      • Complete a State of Minnesota Background Study and a national criminal background check. Further information will be provided at orientation.
      • Students may enter the Associate Degree Nursing program after completion of the 实际的护理 program as a LPN-Mobility student. Applications for the Associate Degree Nursing program will 不 be eligible after seat acceptance into 实际的护理.
